Sophie Nadeau-Tremblay

Conscious entrepreneurship pedagogical advisor

Sophie Nadeau-Tremblay has been a teacher at the primary school level for 20 years and plays an active role towards the entrepreneurial culture. Having worked mostly with multi-level classes, she is interested in conscious entrepreneurship as well as the development of literary skills among students. Combining practice with research in education, she participates in research projects and she often speaks during conferences in Québec and Canada. She is an associate leader for the Réseau québécois des écoles entrepreneuriales et environnementales (RQEEE) and member of the Comité de gestion du Réseau régional des écoles entrepreneuriales du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean. In class, she undertakes many entrepreneurial projects, and many of these projects won prizes at the Quebec entrepreneurship contest. In 2013, she acted as honorary president of the entrepreneurship aspect of this contest in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean. She is also an assistant professor at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC).
